Hi, I’m Kirstie and I have worked within social housing for over 10 years and I am passionate about helping improve our communities. I am now the Business Support Officer for the Community Engagement Team at Community Gateway. I have worked with the team for just over two years and I have learnt a lot about the communities that we work with in Preston during this time. I often work behind the scenes helping my team to engage with our tenants and communities and you’ll most likely hear from me if you become involved with us at Gateway, so I hope to hear from you soon!

Random fact: I scuba-dived the great barrier reef on new year’s day a few years back.

    Community Engagement Support Officer (CESO)

Hi, I’m Sharon and have worked for the Community Engagement Team since January. Prior to that I spent most of my career working for Lancashire police in their control room. This gave me a real insight into the communities we live in and gave me a passion and drive to support them. I love being out and about in the community, talking face to face and keeping you informed about ways to get involved and upcoming projects. I would love to hear from you about the communities you live in, what is good and bad about them and any ideas you may have.
