By becoming an Inspector, you will be helping to ensure that we are working towards achieving the 3 of the 4 targets set out in our Gateway Promises for neighbourhoods. These are:

  • We will keep communal gardens and open green spaces tidy by visiting regularly and we will plant at least two new trees for every one felled. We will help to keep neighbourhoods clean and safe by regular visits, removing fly tipping and graffiti promptly.
  • We will provide support and investment to local community groups and partners to deliver services that benefit tenants, help to make our nieghbourhoods great places to live.
  • We will work to keep tenants feeling safe and secure in their home and community, ensuring they can easily report anti-social behaviour to us. We will acknowledge reports within one working day and communicate at least once a week whilst a case is live.
